I had a great time attending this workshop. It gave me an insight about many different topics and enlightened me on the prospect of Drug Designing. All in All, I benifited a lot from this training, and I'm now more aware of how research studies are conducted. My sincere thanks to the organizers.

The training course was not well not organized. We spent most of day one on resolving some problems with some of participants. It was obvious that most of the participants were not familiar with the basics of Linux and even windows which in turn consumes the time specified for each section, so we didn't finish the schedule of day one and we continue working on that schedule on day 2. Consequently, we didn't spend time on some sections of day2 and in particular those sections concern with analyzing the data we've got, which is the most important part that makes me register to the course. Actually for me, these two days were just like we followed a procedure written in the official NAMD & VMD tutorial, which I can do it on my own! So we follow a procedure that anyone can do using the tutorial, then we got data and we finish without analyzing what we've got! -I think it will better if the training course more than 2 days -The level of the course (Basic, intermediate, etc.) should be specified -The requirements before attending the course should be clearly outlined. The workshop added valuable training, but it needs more organization regarding material preparation and time......it needs much more than two days to fulfill it's objectives and it needs presenting data in sequenced organized way so that someone who has not got a similar training before can benefit..also it is recommended that additional trained instructors help the main instructor especially with the practical part so that we do not waste so much time trying to help each participant with the same instructor.......overall I was so happy to attend the workshop but I expected to get more benefit

We did face some difficulties due to server error for which no one can be blamed for but we somehow made it. I feel like I learned something so I think the money spent was worth it. I have some suggestions: Please do mention the pre-requisite knowledge about the workshop. As a 1st year Undergraduate student, I had trouble initially understanding some complex models like the ramachandran plot, dihedral torsion angles, etc, thus it would be good for other students to prepare in advance before the commencement of the workshop. Overall I'm content :)

sincere and grantful thanks to biodiscovery research academy who made us to know some steps about the role of bioinformatics in the field of drug discovery and for guiding us throughout the training. But we are not fully satisfied with the training. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education. The staffs were very helpful and the concept they gave were all straight forward.
