The workshop was good which provide the overview of docking. The workshop mainly focused on carrying out the docking and not much on the analysis of outcome which we get. So it has to be improved more on result interpretation part. You can cover less topics but whatever you are teaching it should be clear to the students, otherwise it is not much of use. Some modules which have been listed in website are not taught to us.peoples had not have an idea where the molecules and minimised pdb files are chosen. If this all been fulfilled for us we would like to gain more training and more knowledge about our bioinformatics in biodiscovery. I completed a two month training in computational aided drug designing. I got to learn protein optimization and energy minimization which can further aid me in my higher education.
